Fantastic and reliable feedback plugin

Currently using the plugin for a social intranet project based on WordPress. Everything is very clearly structured and the plugin runs without any significant performance issues. Great & fast support from the developer Kevin. Hard to believe that there are still free plugins that are developed so consistently. Thank you for this first class plugin!
