Fantastic

I just bought this for the company I work for and our support group. I had an issue sending a file that was unique for our company to our customers so I reached out to support. They were great… They added our unique file extension in under 24hour. This has really opened up the support abilities to our customers without a ridiculous price. the setup is easy and the use is very intuitive.
