Fancybox stopped working with new theme and W3TC

Wondered if anyone can help.

Ive been using Fancybox for some time now and love the plugin, however over the last few months ive encountered some issues – when W3 Total cache plugin is enabled the plugin stops working completely.

As i run a review publication website it was vital that my images were able to be enlarged when clicked on (as each post contains quite a few images) – so i sacrificed W3TC and disabled it (my host said the issue was a poorly built theme that was causing the issue).

However i recently upgraded my sites theme and instantly the Fancybox plugin stopped working. I have re-enabled W3TC and still the problem persists – fancybox is no longer active. Ivetried various settings and still nothing works.

Because im using a premium theme i have contacted the theme designers who after 8wks still have no answers as to what’s causing the problem and how to fix it.

I have a feeling the issue is to do with jquery – but as im a newbie when it comes to coding i have no idea where to start (ive mentioned this to the theme designers but all they keep saying is they are looking in to the issue but dont have a fix as yet)

I really need to be able to use the Fancybox plugin – so any help you can give is greatly appreciated.
