Hello neilgee,
Thank you for contacting us.
Our latest changes has some improvements to stop multiple versions of jQuery loaded by different themes/plugins etc from breaking our functionality. Could you verify if this resolves the issue for you? If this is not the case, could you provide a link to your wordpress site? That way we can further investigate the issue.
With kind regards,

Hi,
I am getting the error only now with this plugin if another identified plugin is active, the other plugin is using fancyboxv2.1.5 but I see the error is with your jquery.fancybox-1.3.4.pack.js – well thats what is displaying in the console.
The other plugin is a woocommerce role based plugin so a bit difficult to just give a link as the error occurs only on login.

If i disable your script everything is ok (or theirs for that matter)

Hi,
Thank you for your reply. Could you confirm you are now using version 2.1.1 of the plugin and the issue is still occurring?
If the plugins are all free, please provide them so I can reproduce. Another possibility would be for you to paste the html of the page the issue occurs on (anonymize if necessary). So I can reproduce based on the order scripts are loaded.
With kind regards,

Hello neilgee,
Thank you for your reply.
Could you test with version 2.1.2? we’ve done some additional changes to namespace our JavaScript. We’ve tested it while loading the same sources as your source page, and it seemed to work fine. But this is without using the woocommerce plugin itself.
With kind regards,

Well done – works with no JS errors now
