    Nevermind.. in order to keep this plugin, I ended up making custom pop-up boxes instead of using FancyBox.

    Glad you were able to figure out a solution. There is a built-in metabox to disable the plugin on specific pages. I’m working on building some documentation on the best method for manually placing a script in the header, though I’ve given a few examples in past support threads.
