Fancy theme – display problem in the header

WordPress version : 3.4.1
Theme used : Fancy theme
hosting : local

Hi all,

I have a problem with an element of my header, and I have no idea why…

As you can see on the picture below, the “border” which should be at the bottom of the banner (but still above), go under the banner when the page finish to refresh (during the loading of the page, the position is good…)

I don’t know how to help you more to understand my problem. Maybe the better is for those who accept to help me, to ask me the useful questions 🙁

The element is <div class=”search-wrapper span-24″>, if maybe it can helps…
