[Fancy Tab] Adding Adspace with Fancy Tab

I have 4 tabs and each tab has information.
I want to add an Ad Slot size of 728×90 Size above the tabs
And I want to add and Ad Slot size of 468×60 below the tabs.

If you have an idea please share it.
