Can you replicate the problem using the Twenty Eleven theme with all plugins deactivated?
I am using Thesis. Would it help to switch to another theme?
Can you replicate the problem using the Twenty Eleven theme with all plugins deactivated?
I would be happy to deactivate all of the plugins but am nervous about switching themes. My experience with WP and code is limited.
You will be able to switch back again. This is a necessary troubleshooting step.
Ok, I will see what I can do and return when I have done it. It feels a little like bungee jumping.
OK. I change the theme and deactivated all the plugins.
I am ready for the next step.

The next step is to try your search again and see if it gives the same incorrect result as before.
did a search using the word creativity and a second search using the work ayurveda. I received empty posts along with the valid one.
Hopefully it will work this time if you’ve switched to Twenty Eleven and deactivated all of your plugins.
I just tried both searches on your site and got results for each one.
If that is successful for you, the reactivate your plugins one at a time and test each time. Reactivate your theme last.
Hopefully one of them will cause the problem and you will find where the issue is.
I am going through all the plugins now and so far have not found the one causing the problem. I will keep going. Thanks.
It was WP Search. I have deleted it and restored the Thesis theme. I am all set. Thanks for all of your help.
