 * Hello,
    is it possible that the // behind the : in the automated Code for the
   E-Mail-Button (part of the Social Media Buttons that appear on the top right 
   and can be activated through Design – Theme Options – Links to Social Networks)
   is missing and due to that the E-Mail-Programm isn’t always triggered? Thank 
   you very much in advance for answering!

   what you mean. Email should open in E-mail program. This is design to work like
   that.
