• If you go to automation, 99% of the triggers require the pro version. In fact, the only available trigger in the free version is to do something when someone signs up for an account on your website.

You can’t even send login details to someone that just signed up via email or such. Not even THAT is free, when wordpress itself by default does this.

In short, the automation feature is an absolute 100% lie in the context of the free tier. You MUST change the headline of the app here on WordPress (free and open source marketplace) and remove the word “Automation” from the product title AND the description !

Hi @mip21, I would like to respecfully disagree with your review. FluentCRM’s automation triggers are contextual, meaning they only appear when you have integrated plugins installed for example WooCommerce. By default, we only have the user sign up trigger available however, many others appear based on which plugins you use. Please check our free vs. pro page for full details: https://fluentcrm.com/free-vs-pro/

In total we have 11 free triggers (+ 5 not yet listed for FluentCart) and 35 pro triggers so it’s pretty unfair to say all the automations are “Pro Only”. I hope you will be kind enough to reconsider your review. 🙂
