Fallo al personalizar el tema GeneratePress / Generateblocks

    Hola,

    Tengo la plantilla de Generate Press y el Pro de BenerateBlocks. Estoy teniendo muchos problemas cuando entro en personalizar y al editar una página.

    1. Entro a personalizar tema y no me cargan las pestañas de identidad, contenido, etc.
    2. Cuando alguna vez me ha cargado, no me deja guardar los cambios.
    3. Entro a una página y si salgo me sale el siguiente error “El editor ha encontrado un error inesperado.”.
    4. Alguna vez que me ha dejado entrar a una página y uso un bloque de generatepress, me da error de bloque inhabilitado.

    Por cierto, hasta desinstalé todos los plugin y el error sigue. Alguien sabe como podría solucionarlo?

    Hi there,

    Make sure that the you PHP Memory Limit of your Server is sufficient to run WordPress themes and Plugins.

    I would recommend a value of 256M. You can check out your current PHP Memory Limit value in Tools > Site Health > Server in your Admin Dashboard.

    If your not familiar with checking or increasing it’s value, I would recommend reaching out to your Hosting Provider.

    <font style=”vertical-align: inherit;”><font style=”vertical-align: inherit;”>Actualmente tengo un límite de memoria PHP 512M. Cambié la versión de PHP y añadí dos extensiones, imagick y zip. Con estas acciones algunas veces me deja ver las pestañas de personalizar el tema, pero me sigue sin dejar guardar los cambios.</font></font>

    Hi there,

    ask your host to enable WP_debug, and provide you with any errors that may occur when you try to save changes

    Problema solucionado. A pesar que borré caché del navegador, no me funcionaba con Chrome, en cambio con otros navegadores me funcionó sin problema.
    Espero que esta solución le ayude a alguien más.
