Thank you for reporting this issue. There was a server side issue on the 16-17th that was affecting score generation for sites. It has been resolved on our end. Please retry and let us know if you need further assistance.

Thank you so much. Now if it shows me the score of the site but it has not been able to generate the CSS. Still getting the same error.

I am happy to hear that the score shows up now for you.
However, I want to understand what’s happening that the critical CSS can’t be generated. You mentioned that the same error appears when trying to regenerate Critical CSS. Can you please tell us what specific error? Could you share a screenshot so we can see what you’re describing?
