fallback image

At the moment one can either choose to display a featured image or the first image from the content. I would suggest to have a fallback option, that looks for a featured image first, if there is none, you canm select to either show first image from content, a predefined image (like a placeholder image) or none at all.

I couldn’t find anything about this so far, so I dared to ask.
