FAlbum fatal error

Hi, I have taken over the fishing club website and have got so far with wordpress for dummies – I am that dummy when it comes to websites.
The website had a plugin FAlbum which had an API key fault – so I’ve just upgrade to version 0.8.0.
After activating I went into options to set everything up and got:
Fatal errorr: call to undefined function register_setting() in /home/hwenzfqc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/falbum/wordpress-falbum-plugin.php on line 56.
Can anyone help – please !!?
