Fake premium plugin

    I’ve bought their premium taximap plugin, but couldn’t download it from their website – the button for download looks like “blind”, with no direction for a product.
    I’ve sent them the email, no answer. I’ve sent them the email via PayPal, no answer. I’ve tried to call them on their office number 0844 357 0263, but no answer as well.

    Be careful to buy their premium plugin.

    Hi there – nothing fake about our Cab Grid plugin. This is the basic version. It’s fully functional, but we do offer another version with additional features. The ‘pro’ version is a paid upgrade, but this is only so we can support development.

    We responded promptly to @rpet email enquiry. Why he didn’t receive it/see it/read it is down to him.

    We have since supplied @rpet with the full version he paid for. Again, why he was unable to download it on payment is a mystery. We have plenty of other satisfied users. See https://cabgrid.com/real-world-implementations/ for examples.
