Failure to retrieve news from Yahoo!JAPAN

    I have subscribed to your service subscription ‘platin’.

    I tried to contact you via ‘WhatsApps’ from your support, but it didn’t work, so I’m contacting you from here.

    We are using it in Japan.
    In ‘AI-Rewrite News From Google News’, I cannot get information from the main search engine in Japan, ‘Yahoo! JAPAN’, and many posts like ‘Yahoo! JAPAN EEA: Service Outage Notice’ are posted.

    Perhaps the Yahoo! JAPAN related pages cannot be accessed from the UK or EEA? It is thought that this may be because,

    subscription limit is consumed by such posts.

    Is there any workaround?

    Hello,
    Unfortunately, we do not have a proxy service specific to Japan. Our servers and proxy services are located in Germany. The proxy only works on sites where Hetzner IP blocks are banned, and if the source site cannot be accessed from Germany, even if the proxy works, it may fail. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in this case. If you have your own special proxies, we can make special definitions for you for an additional fee.
