So we have a WordPress site with Contact Form 7, Download Monitor, and Email Before Download set up. Everything was working up until recently (?).
Basically, after a successful Contact Form is submitted, Email Before Download kicks in, and presents the proper file from Download Manager. Everything seems to work on the site. But when we check our designated email there is no sign of a form submitted.
We've tested the email address that we use in CF7 externally, and it seems to work. For whatever reason, it seems that CF7 is dropping the email.
Any clue as to what's happening? I've scrounged the FAQ and this forum with no success. =(
