Failure to display the original price with a discounted order for the WooCommerc

Previously, when an order was reviewed by a manager at WooCommerce, the original price was displayed along with the discounted price for the ordered goods, but now only the last and discounted price is displayed.
Do you have a solution to this issue?

You mean it is the orders page where this is happening and not the shop/products pages?
Can you please elaborate a bit so we can have a better perspective? Please also share the following:

- System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
- Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

Yes, when a manager reviews registered orders, prices are shown at a discount and he can not see the original price that was underlined.

You can perform a conflict test, please follow these steps:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Check the order again
Then check if the issue persists, if not, it means there was a conflict and you can then reactivate the theme and plugins gradually one by one and check again after each reactivation until you find the cause behind the problem You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Do you remember if this product had a sale price or was discounted with a coupon?
I’ve checked this on my test site, and a sale product doesn’t show its original price with strikethrough on the admin order page. Only if a coupon is used, the admin order page shows the original price: https://snipboard.io/dkRTqv.jpg
