Failure Notifications/Log?

    Hi

    Awesome plugin.

    Just wondering if there is an option to get instant notifications (e.g. email) when there was an error submitting or anything related to form handling that failed?

    So just like flamingo for error logs?

    Also interesting topic in these terms would be automated testing, but I guess that’s out of the scope of this plugin, right?
