   to hear that the Site Scanner error persists.
 * Could you please try checking for a plugin/theme conflict following the steps
   mentioned [here](https://help.ithemes.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003073433-Checking-for-a-Conflict#:~:text=How%20to%20Check%20For%20a%20Plugin%20Conflict)?
   If the issue still occurs, please try the following and see if one of them helps
   resolve the issue:
    - Disable **Default Ban List** feature (_Security > Settings > Configure > Lockouts
      > Default Ban List_)
    - Disable the **PHP Execution** options (_Security > Settings > Advanced > System
      Tweaks_)
    - Enable **XML-RPC** feature (_Security> Settings> Advanced > WordPress Tweaks
      > Enable XML-RPC_) and allow **Default Access** to the REST API
    - If the above does not help, please try deactivating the currently active iTSec
      features one at a time.
