Hi, thank you so much for your work, it looks brilliant. Unfortunately I haven’t got it to work yet, having trouble to upload a gpx file into a NextGEN gallery.
I did use Enhanced Media Library to get WordPress to allow gpx upload: I made a new MIME type gpx, application/gpx+xml, and uploading gpx files into the ordinary WordPress media library works fine.
To add it to a NextGEN gallery, I go to ‘Add gallery/images’, pick the gallery and the file I need (either .gpx or zipped), press upload, and get a message ‘Upload failed. Image ppp3.gpx failed to upload: unzipping files failed.’ I get this both for .gpx and .zip files.
Is there something I’m doing wrong?

Somehow I was under the false impression that I needed to upload the gpx file into the NextGEN gallery – no wonder it didn’t work! Looking at some questions here made me realise they needed to be in the WP media gallery after all, and in the end I got it to work with [geo2 route=1 xmlurl=https://polderplodder.nl/wp-content/uploads/filename.gpx]. Great, thank you for the plugin!

One question, though: on my laptop, the map doesn’t show zoom options, the + and – buttons. Is there a way to get these to work?

And, found that too. Sorry for bothering you with these beginners’ questions. Getting the hang of working with shortcode now, looking at all the plugin’s options. Thanks again for your work!

No worries. I read it just now 😉 I’m glad that you are making use of my plugin 🙂
If you will have trouble with anything just write again. If I’ll see it quickly enough I will try to help. All the best.
