failing to upload

    Such problems could occur due to file permissions. Apart from that I cannot explain why this is happening.

    My suggestion is to delete the plugin (delete the /wp-content/plugins/add-meta-tags directory) and install the plugin using the Add new plugin feature on the WordPress administration interface. It is a lot easier this way and you will avoid any permission problems.

    i just called up the hosting site i used and they just fixed the problem thank you very much.
