    We are using your plugin and whenever we try to update our post or product categories it doesn’t update. It displays the message Category Updated but the content or the settings are not changed.

    On Inspecting, I found that the correct payload is being sent to the server but the data is not updated. After disabling the Redis Cache it was working fine.

    I want you to fix this issue ASAP. I can provide you staging site access if needed via a private message.

    That’s no a problem with this plugin, please read the FAQ.

    One of your other plugins is not working with persistent object caches. If you disable all plugins the category will update.
