    I’m having some trouble with all our contact forms on the website:

    For example:
    https://velopex.com/en/demo/aquacare-demo/
    https://velopex.com/en/contact/

    When the details have been filled out and click send, this message occurs:
    “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”

    This message appears, however the forms are actually received through the email?
    Is there any way I can fix this message so our customers will not think that it has failed to send. I have tried changing the messages which shows when it fails to send but same message showed up, so I’m very confused.

    I’m using the latest version 4.4.1 and it worked a couple of days ago, it’s strange it happened all of a sudden and I’ve not done anything to the contact forms.

    I would really appreciate some advice as it is important for our customers to contact us. Thank you in advance.

    same error for me. I am trying almost everything recommended settings.

    Need help ASAP, customer are nervous :).

    There is a new version of Contact Form 7 now so I updated the plugin, but it didn’t work for me.

    Then I went to “Plugins” on the left of the dashboard, and I got a notification on the top saying “Misconfiguration leads to mail delivery failure or other problems. Validate your contact forms now.” So then I validated the contact form 7 configuration and there the “configuration errors found” in my contact forms. This will help to see where your contact form has gone wrong.

    That’s as far as I got at the moment, I also downloaded the “Contact Form 7 MailChimp Extension” but I haven’t figured out how it works with the rest of my forms yet, I’m not sure if it will help?

    Also I’m mainly having some problems with the “From” field under the Mail tab. That seems to be causing the problem for me because I keep getting “syntax errors” and I’ve tried over 20 codes to tag the name and email in that field but it’s not letting me. I prefix the field names with “mc4wp-” so it sends the data to MailChimp as well. It’s always worked but last week it stopped working. I still can’t figure out the main reason yet as there seem to be a few possibilities.

    Any help would be great.
