Failed to parse one or more dates given timezone

I have a number of import feeds configured on my calendar which all originate from Office 365. All feeds work fine except one which fails to import giving the following error:

Failed to parse one or more dates given timezone “‘(UTC+00:00) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London'”

Any ideas please? I’m a paying Core+ subscriber.

Can you please provide the feed URL you tried to import.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue please? As stated previously I’m a paying Core+ subscriber so hoping for some timely (excuse the pun!) support!

Microsoft has recently changed the format of the time zone, so calendar can not import events because the time zone field has a different format, for example, in this feed time zone is “Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London” and it should be “Europe/Dublin”. For now we have no solution for this issue, but please suggest changes or new feature on Timely Product ideas page: http://ideas.time.ly/, upvote an existing request or make a new request there.

Thanks for the reply but I don’t understand how this can be the issue as I’m successfully importing other calendars from the same Microsoft Office 365 tenancy such as:

http://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/9e2f1c806d1a40ea897ec3d99a416ca6@grange.bucks.sch.uk/f10e315c325a4fd795f344b9466fb6a112125545254934466507/calendar.ics

Seems strange that this imports ok…?
