    Hi Carol,

    This looks like a permissions issue in your filesystem rather than a plugin/software issue. You need to set the permissions of the file wp-content/themes/rcdc-with-gusto/event-template-short.php to something like 644.

    If you’re unsure about file permissions, try asking your hosts for help stating the error above, or another alternative is try re-installing your theme by deleting it and uploading it again.

    Hi Marcus,

    No luck with changing file permissions, and unfortunately I don’t have access to the theme. I have to see if I can get permission to change the theme.
