# Failed to load resource – Internal Server Error

 * Hello,
 * I have a client running Divi + WooCommerce + Cancel Abandoned Order. When a client
   tries to check out the quanity gets reduced by an error message pops saying “
   Internal Server Error”. If I have a look in the console the following error message
   appears:
 * Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal 
   Server Error) /?wc-ajax=checkout:1
 * The system works perfectly when the plugin has been deactivated which it is at
   the moment.
 * You help would be greatly appreciated.

 * I’ve found and fixed the problem. After I installed your plugin, I edited on 
   the WooCommerce email templates and made a small syntax error. After fixing the
   error the problem was resolved.
