Hi @rmvalues – sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.

Please, could you make sure your Popup Maker plugin is updated to its latest version? As we need to eliminate this as a potential cause of the issue. Also, keeping a plugin up to date is generally a good rule of thumb, as bugfixes along with new features are generally implemented on a regular basis.

If the error still persists then I would suggest you check out this guide and see if it gives you anything useful to go on: Checking JavaScript Errors

Let us know how this goes.

    Hi @mariatogonon
    Thanks for the guide
I found that is due to my adguard
After disable it on my site now fine
    Thanks

    Hi there!

Happy to hear that you were able to figure that out. 😊

By the way, if you have time then we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.

Have a great day & keep safe!

Had the same issue. Following @rmvalues about pointing AdGuard, I finally solved the issue without totally disabling AdGuard. Here’s how:

    – Go to the AdGuard Extension settings in the browser (MS Edge)
    – Go to Filters tab on the left and double-clic Annoyances icon to open it
    – Disable the AdGuard Annoyance Filter (1rst in list)

This could help without getting rid of AdGuard. Thanks @rmvalues for pointing.

    WP Environment:
WP 5.8.1, Popmaker Plugin, MS Edge Browser, AdGuard Browser Extension
