I am only selling digital download media and only accepting paypal. I am running the latest version of WordPress and MarketPress Version 2.9.5.6. My problem Whenever I set my price to free and order my product it downloads correctly. However, when I give it a price and order it via PayPal, it downloads correctly but will not open. For the PDF it said “Failed to load PDF document. For the zipfile I downloaded, the warning was: Windows cannot open the folder (name of folder)is invalid. Hope someone can aid me in this. Maybe a small matter I’m overlooking? The PDF in question is approximately 30 MB. I believe the problem is that my web host will not allow downloads beyond 7 or 8 MB. When I conducted tests with PDFs that were 5 to 7 MB they downloaded and opened fine. But anything in the neighborhood of 15 MB or larger would produce the error message. Maybe someone could give me some advice in this area if they’ve had similar experience.
