Failed to load api, error 500

Hi,
GetSocial is working on my site except the counter. I think it’s because I’m getting a server error 500 from get social api.
This is what I see on my Web developers console. What could be the reason? I have bulletproof security on my site.
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Origin ‘http://www.tervareitti.fi’ is therefore not allowed access.
