"Failed to import" on content files

  • I am trying to upload the contents_full.xml file from the theme I purchased and about half of the files come back with a “failed to import” message. But then at the end of the file list it says: “All done. Have fun!”

    The samples pages do not display correctly because of this.

    What am I doing wrong?

    @t-p

    theme I purchased

    you may want to contact the theme seller.

    I think you should try to do it in your local pc first. You use wamp or xamp server for that. To make sure it working in the local or not.

    And if it still cannot do it please contact me by [email address moderated – these forums do not provide support via email]

    hi,
    you must try to contact with theme provider. Sometimes when you will import then there is a problem with the path into xml file. There must something coming from a link, like image, which image link has some problem. That’s why you are getting “failed to import”.
    So better contact with your service provider.
    Thanks
