    I know this question has been asked before, 1-2years ago, but what is the current procedure to help with the “Failed to get Checkout ID to process payment” error at website checkout? I have messaged SumUp devs via the Contact Us form on the SumUp for Developers section of the website (as that section suggests to do), but I haven’t had a reply in over a week to 2 messages. Is activation_request@sumup.com still a valid email address to contact?

    The error “Failed to get Checkout ID to process payment” means that the payment gateway is not activated on our side first. This needs to be requested before you can start processing payments.
