Failed to Geocode on 1300 CSV file

I just bought the Pro Pack so that I could upload this CSV file I put together. There are about 1320 entries with about a dozen columnns. The first time I tried uploading it, a bunch gave the Failed to Geocode error. I had no idea why, so I tried it again and turned on the retry to 10. Same problem. I then went to Manage Locations and sorted it by Tags, which is how I had it in my Excel sheet. Once that happened, I figured out part of the problem: The first ~1010 entries were successful; the last ~310 failed. I figured you probably had a cap at around 1010 so I deleted everything in Manage Locations, and divided up the Excel sheet into two docs and split it where the successful and unsuccessful ones started and stopped. Thinking this was the answer, I decided to upload the sheet of entries that failed the first time, this time with a much smaller sheet of around 300 entries. Every single one failed. Not a single one was successful, even with 10 retries on. Please help!
