• Hello,
    i was looking through at our failed orders from the previous month and I noticed this error which caught my attention since we dont have shipping fields on our checkout page (custom coded checkout fields). We also don’t have option to choose ship on different address.
    Failed to complete the order during the authentication callback. Not matching fields: [shipping_address.postal_code, shipping_address.city]

    Have you ever seen this error before?

    Hi Janez!

    Would you happen to have a correlation_id or session_id to go with that so we could look into this more in depth? Normally if shipping address is not included billing address is used for both for Klarna, so it could be something was mismatching between the start and the end of the order.

    Is it possible that we have other shipping methods implemented Hermes An Paketshop (parcel machine) and that doesn’t work ok with Klarna? Can you please go to our checkout page and check, please?

    Hi! Thank you for sharing. Have you seen this error in recent weeks? I can not see any for you in the past few days. We have updated some address related logic on Klarna’s side in the past weeks which should hopefully have minimized these errors from occurring.

    Hello I think no, but actually I don’t know since we have 23 active sites in each of the country with Klarna plugin AT, DE, NL and its time consuming to go open each failed/pending payment order.

    But what is concerning me is that we have so many pending payment statuses for Klarna orders
    for example more than 200 per day combined on all of our DE shops..
    We already discussed this in this thread https://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-set-klarna-orders-with-failed-payments-to-failed/ but without conclusions sadly :/

    Hello! Unfortunately we can only second what was discussed in that thread. In terms of the issue raised in this thread can I confirm there’s not been more such cases in recent weeks?
