    Hi there.

    Apologize for a late response.
Are you still facing the issue with the plugin?

In the manage option tab, you need to add a new popup banner.
Complete the setting and save the banner.
In the setting tab, check on active and choose the banner you have created. Save it.

If you still faced the issue then please mail us to support@accesspresstheme.com

    Thanks.

I had done all that, that’s when it said failed to add banner so there’s none to choose. Does this worl on multisite?

    Hi Patbell101,

Tried on a multisite but did it did not work.
It seems that the plugin has a defect on a multisite.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    Thanks.

    Hi Shane,

I have the same problem but I’m not on multisite.

Everything seems to works normally when I try to “add New” but in the end nothing is saved/added.

    I have WordPress 4.6.1 / Pinboard.

    Thanks for your help,

    Nicolas
