# Failed Payments

 * One of our clients is encountering a payment issue due to postal code. The error
   is “A payment of $xx.00 **failed**. We couldn’t verify the postal code in the
   billing address. If the issue persists, suggest the customer to reach out to 
   the card issuing bank.”
 * We have verified that the postal code they are using is correct and it matches
   their banking information.
 * Anything we can do to fix this?
