# Failed Orders and entry problems

 * Hi we had 1 failed order and two customers calling and telling us that the site
   would not let them put in all of their details. Paypal always works fine and 
   usually stripe does, but not always and today was really bad. Going crazy trying
   to figure this out if someone could please advise.

 * I took a look at your site’s checkout page and didn’t notice any obvious errors
   from the browser inspector. However, do you recall having made any recent changes/
   updates to your site before this happened?
 * The first thing you’d want to check here is the order notes on the right when
   editing the failed order. Are you seeing any clues from there?
 * Second, if you have logging enabled under **WooCommerce > Settings > Payments
   > Stripe**, you can also check for Stripe logs from when the order failed in **
   WooCommerce > Status > Logs**.
 * Third, also under **WooCommerce > Status > Logs**, are there any fatal error 
   logs from the date of the failed order?
 * Alternatively, please feel free to open a support ticket with us at WooCommerce.
   com so private information about your site can be safely shared. When doing so,
   you can already include any information you’ve gathered from my above suggestions.
