# failed orders?

 * recently we stopped seeing failed orders on the WooCommerce orders page, we ran
   through the motions to produce a failed order and still no information was put
   on to the orders page

 * Thank you for reaching out! From what I gather, not receiving failed orders is
   a good thing.
 * Just to clarify, what motions were used to produce a failed order?
 * To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.
 * Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it
   via `WooCommerce > Status`. Select `Get system report` and then `Copy for support`.
 * Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in [https://gist.github.com/](https://gist.github.com/),
   or [https://pastebin.com/](https://pastebin.com/), and feel free to change/remove
   your site URL in the report for privacy reasons.
 * You can paste the Gist/Pastebin link here in your reply, once you have that.
 * Also, could you please navigate to `WooCommerce > Status > Logs` and from the
   dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the
   words fatal-error.
 * If so, please select `View` and copy and paste them into your reply here.
