    We have some users who get failed orders {entered wrong ccv # or wrong expiration date on card}. Paypal confirms the failed order. User tries 2nd time to pay with corrected information and is successful. Paypal has funds and WC shows the 2nd order as successful. However, user is not getting redirected to our virtual product {learndash LMS course}. They get redirected back to shop page instead. This is only happening after a user has a failed order. LD has not found any issues and believes it is a WC issue.

    Hi @patsfan87,

    After the payment, the user should usually be returned to the order-received endpoint, regardless of whether or not there was a previous failed attempt.
    There have been reports about potential compatibility issues with plugins like LearnDash following a recent update. We haven’t seen any other report quite like this, but could you maybe give it a try with this version? It should resolve a compatibility issue with LearnDash and maybe it also impacts the reported behavior.
    Have you also tried a full conflict test by disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce, LearnDash, and PayPal Payments to see if the behavior persists?

    Hello Niklas,
    Thank you and yes we are tested all other plugins. LearnDash devs are actually looking into the issue as well. Can you please allow me a few days for them to diagnose the current setup before I try your linked version? They actually escalated the issue for me so I’d like to not interfere with their work.

    Hi Bill,

    Sure, no problem. Just want to mention the next plugin update will address one potential compatibility issue with LearnDash that could result in an error.
    When in doubt, you can give it a try with the pre-release version of the next update as this includes the above-mentioned fix, among other stability improvements.
