Hi,
Most probably you have “Allow ‘Sort by IP status’ in failed login page:” set to Yes in settings page.
If that is the case, please disable this option and set to No.
There is already a note on the top of settings page:
NOTE: If Allow “Sort by IP status” in failed login page is set to YES and does not show any data in “Failed Login” page, please set this option to NO.
Some mysql versions does not support the advance query this option has.
Please let me know if the problem is still there or it has been resolved.

I’ve been away for a couple of weeks with little/no internet access & will check this out fully once my ‘seasonal commitments’ are over.

Allow “Sort by IP status” in failed login page is set to ‘No’ (I’ve never changed it) — so that’s not what’s causing the problem.

Hi,
Are you using any other security plugin for recording failed login or setting limit for login attempts or for IP blacklist?

I use ‘Simple Login Log’ version 1.1.3 (the latest version), which also records failed logins — so I can see that some failed login attempts are not being recorded by IP blacklist.
I have the maximum number of failed login attempts set to 5 in IP blacklist and Simple Login Log.

Hi,
As you using another plugin for recording failed login attempts, there could be a conflict between plugins.
Some users also mentioned that using other blacklist plugins with IP Blacklist Cloud always shows as blacklisted even though they are not blacklisted.
And about may be Simple Login Log is showing XML logins which my plugin is not recording at the moment.
