Failed login records does not work correctly since moved

Since you moved the contents of the “Login Failed Records” tab to the monitoring logs, the “failed” records are missing from the log. It only displays failed records for registered users. This was a useful feature in the past because we could notice old/deleted users whose accounts were already deleted and wanted to log in again and notify them.
