failed login emails not sent

    Hi,
    Hope you are doing well.

    I have tested with WooCommerce. There does not seem to be any conflict with WooCommerce. I tried login from the WooCommerce checkout page and it did notify properly.
    I also tried logging from account and it worked. I am using WooCommerce 3.5-dev(from github) and WordPress 4.9.7

    Will be trying with WPUM in next 1-2 days too.
