Failed Login Details

    I see a large number of failed logins for two particular users; both say they have had no problem logging in.
    I have used the live traffic report and filtered for these users but it gives me no extra details as to which login page they are using (we do not use the standard page for our members to log in), when these failures are or where they are from in country or ip to see if there is a pattern. Is there any way to get this detail?

    Hi @bobjgarrett, thanks for reaching out to us.

    If you click Live Traffic entries (or the eye icon in the top-right that appears when you mouse-over them), you should have information like date/time, IP/origin, reason for blocks or failure, page when the event occurred etc.

    Please let me know if this gives you the information you need or you weren’t able to get the information you need using this method.
