    I’ve been using this plugin on a number of my sites without any problems and it has been working great. However today I noticed on one site that I had received emails advising that there were some failed login attempts on Friday & Saturday from 2 different IP addresses. When I logged in the failed attempts were not listed in the logs as is usually the case.

    I’m concerned as to whether the site was hacked and the logs wiped. I can see that one of the IP addresses hit the site pretty hard. The only other thing that might explain it is that before I checked the logs, I updated the WordPress site to version 4.9. Has this happened to anyone before?

    The logs get deleted as per your settings. By default its 24 hours.

    Updating wordpress does not delete the logs.
