failed in moving wordpress, now I can't login

I followed the instruction on this page and tried to move my site to a new server.

I don’t know what I did wrong, but now both my old and new sites are messed up. I repeated the whole process, but no avail.

At this point, I just want to restore the old site, and the only issue there is that when I type in naminoriita.com/wp-admin, it goes to my new URL.

I have been struggling with this for more than a few days and really appreciate some help.
