As of Oct 31, 2019, Amazon ended PA-API 4 and now we have to use PA-API 5. Your keys may not be compatible with the new API version. So I suggest you reissue your keys and then try again.
With the new version of Amazon Auto Links 3.9.0, you can check the error by going to Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Tools -> Error Log. Then you can tell what error you get. If you get one, post the error message here.
