Failed attempts bug or attack?

Hello, for several days I can’t enter my blog because it says I have too many failed attempts and blocks me for hours, 24, 12, 5 and so on. I changed the password and I still have the same problem. For example, if I am lucky and can enter and start writing the system boosts me and tells me that I have many failed attempts…. How will this happen if I was on the platform? Is it an attack? A bug Could help me by fa I have several days like this.
I already talked with Godaddy.com and nothing…

Our Security plugin blocks for 3 or 10 seconds if you submitted wrong admin credentials. It will not block you for hours.
Please, go to your hosting panel and rename plugin’s folder to disable it:
<WordPress-root-folder>\wp-content\pluginsBut we think you use something else which blocks you for long periods of time.
Another thing is if you use access key in our Security plugin then all action logs are being kept in our Cloud Service and you can see them here in your CleanTalk Control Panel:
https://cleantalk.org/my/logs?cp_mode=securityThis way if your website was hacked you could see the logs independently.
