# Fail to activate the plugin

 * Hello, when I try to active I see it:
 * Warning: require_once(wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/lib/W3/NewRelicService.
   php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory
   in /wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/inc/define.php on line 1449
 * One times it work (the activation) but then I seen all admin page blank
    Why?

 * I have been tried to
 * > just remove the files/folders:
   >  – File: /wp-content/advanced-cache.php – Folder:/
   > wp-content/cache/
 * as written here [http://wordpress.org/support/topic/fatal-error-call-to-undefined-function-w3tc_button_link](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/fatal-error-call-to-undefined-function-w3tc_button_link)
   
   but doesn’t work
