 * Thanks for reaching out to us.
 * It seems there is a security plugin installed which has disabled **Web Application
   Firewall (WAF) rules** that’s why you are facing `google_api_connection_fail`
   issue.
 * Can you please check the configuration of the plugin(Security & Malware scan 
   by CleanTalk) you are using or disable it for a while? After disabling please
   try to setup Site Kit once more.

   via [form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1lhjns2K7c0Ny7ME4gxTcsnYtNUtcMr8BvFpPQi23Y1E/)
   privately & mention your host service name as well.
 * In the meantime please ask your host to apply following command in wp-cli just
   to make sure your server is not blocking Site Kit service for communication.
 * `wp eval 'print_r(wp_remote_head("https://sitekit.withgoogle.com"));'`
