    Good day guys, I like you plugin, but I can’t make it working. The transaction passes, paypal sends message, but plugin doesn’t redirect to thankyou page saying “No transaction info found in transient.” Sandbox mode or live mode. What I did wrong? May be a permission needed or something like that? Settings are realy simple.

    Did you type the URL correctly in the Thank You Page URL field?

    Once you make sure you have typed the URL correctly, please enable Enable Debug Logging mode and carry out a test. Then check the log files.

    Always same thing… Does it work in your site?

    URL is correct. In the Thank you page is only “[wpec_thank_you]”

    Is it possible any conflict? I have about 7 plugins installed. Elementor, some additionals for elementor, polilang…

    Hi, it is working in my end.

    Just to make sure your settings are correct, please read through the following documentation basic-installation-and-setup-of-wp-express-checkout.

    Once you have completed the above, carry out the following troubleshooting steps. Disable all other plugins except ours, then carry out a test.

    Resolved. The problem was firstly in ssl certificate and secondly in browser cash. Thank you very much for this nice plugin and for you attention.

    BTW is there a posibility to translate the thank you message? I use 3 languages in my web site…

    Yes, there is.

    You can use Poedit or Loco Translate plugin. You can help if you like and translate the plugin into those languages in the following link https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/wp-express-checkout/.
